### What if I don’t know the total number of attendees?

That’s no problem at all! You can book with an estimate.

We recommend booking a time slot with a **lower estimated number of attendees** to reserve your time, and then adding any remaining participants later by the changes/adjustment deadline shown on your invoice. 

As long as you can provide us with a final headcount and all necessary addresses by the

time listed policies for your event, you should be good to go!

Just as a heads up, some events offer more flexibility with changes than others. You can view any event or gifts policy on your checkout page by expanding the dropdowns on the right of your

invoice!
