Do I need to pay now with a Credit Card now to book?
You can pay later, if you prefer! You have two payment options when requesting to book an event on our website! You can either select "Pay Now" or "Pay Later" - both of these options will check availibility for you and create a soft hold on your requested date if it is free. You do not need to pay right away.
You can choose what you prefer at the top of your request form:
Option 1: Pay Now
Credit Card Hold or Instant Book Confirmation

Enter your credit card details at checkout.

Your card won’t be charged right away—we place a temporary hold instead while we confirm an event's availibility with the host.
NOTE: If the event you are requesting offers instant book, it can be confirmed and charged instantly, as availability can be instantly validated on instant book events. You can check for instant book availibility when selecting a date and time by looking for the orange lightning bolt! ➡️ ⚡
If the host approves your booking:
- You’ll instantly receive an order confirmation email and calendar invite
- The hold will become a charge.
If the host declines:

The hold will be released.

You won’t be charged at all; the payment authorization will expire.
Option 2: Pay Later

No payment is needed upfront—just submit your request for approval.
If the host approves your request:

You’ll receive a payment link via email.

You can then pay by:

Credit card
-
ACH transfer (bank payment - requires enough lead time)

- If payment is not received by the due date listed on your invoice, the soft hold on your event date will simply expire, and that timeslot will be released.
Once payment is complete:

Your order confirmation email and calendar invite will be sent right away.
ℹ️ If it's been over 48 hours and you've not gotten approval and an invoice, please live chat with us. We're happy to try and get an answer ASAP, or we will happily make alternative recommendations for your target date and time.
