# What does it cost? Pricing, service fee and tax

Events are priced per person, and the total depends on your group size and any options you choose. You'll see the full price before you pay.

**What's included in the total**

- **Per-person price:** shown on each event page. Many events charge less per person for larger groups.
- **Options:** some events have choices like duration, kit style or premium gifts.
- **Shipping:** standard shipping for kit events is free. Faster shipping is available at checkout for an extra per-guest charge.
- **Service fee:** a service fee is added to the event price, unless you're a Perks member.
- **Tax:** calculated at checkout based on your company's location.

**Book more than once a year? Skip the service fee with Perks.** Perks members pay no service fee on any booking, all year, for $100 a year.

**Tax-exempt?** Send your exemption certificate to \[support email\] before you pay, and we'll update your invoice.

**Minimum group sizes:** some events have a minimum price or headcount. You'll see it on the event page before you book.
