What communications will I receive?

As an event organizer, you will receive an automated email that gives you access to your event portal, any deadlines your event requires, as well as the link to your Event Homepage. 

Your Event Homepage has all the up-to-date information about your upcoming event including:

  • Video Conference link
  • Downloadable calendar appointment
  • Instructions and any actions that need to be taken before event day

If you would like us to send an invitation and a reminder email with this Event Homepage link to your guests, you can select that in the intake form. Otherwise, it will only be you.

If you would like to send them internally, be sure to share the Event Homepage link as it will always be the most up-to-date.

You, and any participants you register for the event, will also receive a post-event review email.
