# Adding Addresses and Submitting for Fulfillment

## This is how you can add your guests addresses and submit them to fulfillment for your order.

**Go to the Participants Tab on your event**

Select Add Participant to add individuals one by one or Upload participants to upload an excel file of addresses.

**Upload Address list**

Addresses can be uploaded using the CSV template provided (excel document save as CSV). Select Choose File and Submit.

**Confirm Addresses for Fulfillment**

When your list is finalized select Confirm Addresses for Fulfillment. Edits to addresses may not be possible or could incur additional fees after this point as shipments are processed.

**Select Proceed and your addresses have been submitted to fulfillment.**

**Once submitted your participant list will show locked.**
