Any adjustments to your event (changing the number of participants, video conferencing links, changes in themes, reschedules, etc) must be requested prior to the cancellation deadline on your quote, or else they may not be accommodated.
Shipment adjustments submitted within the 2-week shipment deadline will be inquired with the host, but may not be accommodated.
