After Booking Your Event:
Immediately after your event is booked and paid, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
This email will contain a unique link where you can download your invoice as a PDF. Open that page and click “Download Invoice PDF” to access the PDF version.
For Upcoming Event and Gift Orders:
Sign into your event portal, click "View Details" on your preferred order, then click "Invoices."
On that tab, you’ll be able to review all past transactions and complete any outstanding payments from supplemental invoices on that order.
For Past Events and Gift Orders:
Log into the event portal, navigate to the "Completed" section:
There, you can review all past orders. Simply click "View Details" on your preferred order, then click "Invoices."
This will allow you to view totals, payment dates, and download a PDF copy of all transactions from the past order.
