How do I see my tracking numbers?

1. Locate the event on your Dashboard > click view details 

2. Click on the Participants Tab

3. Review the Tracking Information

Shipment Tracking Information will be shown in the "Shipping Column" along with a status. 

  • Click actions > download tracking info for an export of all tracking data
  • Click on an individual tracking number for detailed shipment updates on an individual shipment 
  • Click on your inbox to message your host with shipment questions 

Note: 

  • Shipments in "PROCESSING" status are awaiting tracking from your host 

  • Guests with multiple tracking numbers will show multiple trackings in the shipping column 
  • Any carriers without publicly accessible tracking won't have shipment statuses available (i.e. Amazon Logistics, Instacart) - in these cases there may be a "PENDING" tag. Example:
