# How do I see my tracking numbers?

1\. 2\. Click on the Participants Tab

3\. Review the Tracking Information

Shipment Tracking Information will be shown in the "Shipping Column" along with a status. 

- Click **actions** \> **download tracking info** for an export of all tracking data
- Click on an **individual tracking number** for detailed shipment updates on an individual shipment
- Click on your **inbox** to message your host with shipment questions

Note: 

- Shipments in "PROCESSING" status are awaiting tracking from your host

- Guests with multiple tracking numbers will show multiple trackings in the shipping column
- Any carriers without publicly accessible tracking won't have shipment statuses available (i.e. Amazon Logistics, Instacart) - in these cases there may be a "PENDING" tag. Example:
