How do Elevent events work?

Elevent runs hosted team events: virtual, in-person and hybrid. You pick an event, a professional host leads it, and we handle the details like kits, links and reminders, so you get to enjoy it too.

How it works

Choose an event and a date. Some events can be booked instantly; others are a request we confirm, usually within a day.
Pay by card, ACH or invoice. Your booking is confirmed once payment is made or your invoice request is approved.
Invite your team. Share your event link, or invite guests by email from your event page. For kit events, guests add their shipping address when they RSVP.
Join on the day. Your host runs the whole event on Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet (or in person).

What you'll do as the organizer: book, invite your team and confirm your final headcount. That's it.
