What are Elevent Reward Points?
Book any event or gift on our site, and you’ll be automatically enrolled in our Rewards system. You’ll earn points for every dollar you spend with absolutely no limit to the number of points you can earn.
The best part? When you’re ready, turn your points into rewards for you or your team. Once you hit 2,500 points, you can cash out points for store credit to use on our site, or as an Amazon gift card to treat yourself before the points expire. You earned it!
How do I get Reward Points?
You'll get points automatically on every event or gift purchase made with us. Once the event concludes, you'll see points earned on every order inside your portal account.
How can I check my Reward Points Balance?
You can check your reward Points Balance through this link.
Or, you can sign in to your portal and click on the "Reward Points" tab near the bottom of the left navigation panel.
Do Reward Points Expire?
Reward points can expire. You can review your rewards points balance and check on activation and expiration dates within your portal account.
Do I earn rewards points for any events booked before the launch of Elevent Rewards Points?
Reward points are only accrued on events booked after 4/18/25. Reward points do not accrue retroactively for bookings made before this date.
How do I request to redeem Elevent Reward Points?
Sign in to your portal and navigate to the "Reward Points" tab. Once you're there and you've accrued at least 2,500 points, you can click the orange "Redeem Points" button in the top right.
At that time, you can choose if you want Elevent Store Credit, or an Amazon gift card to treat yourself!
