Message Center

Send templated messages to customers automatically at key milestones in their booking. Messages are posted to the customer's chat and delivered by email.

You can schedule automated messages that flow into the customer chat based on certain triggers.  To start navigate to the message center:

Click Add a message:

You can schedule the message to go out when the booking is made, address deadline, flexible headcount deadline and the event date.  These messages will get pushed into the chat and will be send via email.  You can schedule message at a different times:

When crafting your message you can use the following variables to pull in customer/order specific information:

Customer Name: The customer name on the order

Listing Name: The name of your listing

Event Name: The customer's name of the event.  This may still be the listing name if the customer hasn't renamed it

Event Date: The date of the event

Event Time: The time of the event

Review Link: A link to the review page for this event

Event Homepage Link: The link to the event home

Host Page Link: The link to all of your events.
