International Shipping Pricing
Build an international shipping policy and associate it to your listings
Overview
Offering international shipping is a key way to capture larger group events. While international shipments are a small overall percentage of our shipments (~3%) there is an international shipment on over 17% of shipped events and those events are a larger average group size and booking value. The most common situation being a mostly US group with a couple international people.
By not offering international shipping you could be excluding your event from consideration of those groups.

How to Offer International Shipping
You can build your international shipping policy and rates in the host portal.
Go to International Shipping in the dropdown under account to start configuring your rates.

Once there you can create multiple policies but each listing can only be associated to one policy:

You can associate a new listing to the shipping policy on the listing tab:

Fields you can configure
You can add shipping desinations by storefront in the storefront curreny. You will need to specify the following:
Destination: Set the destination county
Price: Provide a single price per country to add to quotes
Carrier: Who do you plan on shipping with. This is not a required field.
Lead time: The total days it takes to ship to each country
Feature: Will it show in the top 3 spots.
International Shipping is processed at a reduced 5% commission for Elevent to cover processing costs. You will receive 95% of the price you put in this column as your host payout.
