Configuring your lead time determines the first date the is shown as available to be booked in our system.
Lead time can have a big impact on sales as it determines what date customers see as the first available date to be booked. To help quantify the impact of sales we have quantified the percentage of events booked by lead time for Events with Shipments and Events without Shipments.
Change your lead time
Go to Profile & Settings -> Settings & Policies and adjust the number of days in the Event Lead Time field. Lead time is how many days in advance you need to be booked (if you have a kit, this should include shipping time) and is in calendar days not business days.
